Documentation and Process Design
During the height of PPP, I designed quick guides for all three PPP application loan types and a simple process flowchart to show applicants where they were in their loan approval.
My Contributions:
- Ideate with IT and PPP teams to define the process and extract the key phases of each loan from inquiry to approval
- Designed quick start application guides that included tips and tricks from previous loan customer feedback
- Defined and designed a simple flow of the loan and forgiveness process for PPP loans
- Designed template for storytelling for PPP customers
